Very cool Dominique! You rock!
You make a father proud. Grandma and I have already made a sizable contribution to the Katrina victims through an organization with whom I am affiliated: the Center For Inquiry, centerforinquiry.net. They have provided relief efforts for the past 20 years at the lowest administrative cost of any national charity (the Red Cross is the highest). If you or your friends are looking for an organization you will feel confident in handling your donations, I recommend SHARE, the charitable arm of the Center For Inquiry.Luv, dad
You can also look at charitynavigator.org and charitywatch.org. Both of these organizations rate, audit charities and show you exactly where your money is going. Charities I thought were good end up not being as good and vise versa. Also, I don't think anyone should donate to a charity unless they research it a little bit first.
