The majority of my smoothie concoctions are inspired by what is
already in my refrigerator - what needs to be used now before it becomes
waste. As long as I've got a little green, some fruit and a finger of
ginger, I can whip up something delicious and nutritious. When most of my produce has been used up, I almost always have these basics.

Water
Blend
